It's not about the money. Hello?! It's about the chocolate!!

Hi there!  Little Hibachi was featured in its second art show on July 18th and 19th in downtown L.A. at KGB Studios.

It was a great event and I was so happy to be a part of it.  The curator and everyone involved with the show were beyond nice and organized.  I would definitely do one of their events again in the future.

 These are the four pieces I chose to display:

I did not sell any of my pieces at the show, but I am trying really hard not to let that be the factor that decides whether a show was successful for me or not.  I saw numerous people take photos of my pieces and take my business cards, so that in itself is a success because I made some sort of connection with each of those people.

I did meet other awesome artists whose works I admired.  I also met someone who is asking me to make a custom wedding gift for his friends who are getting married in October, so that is a success as well.

So, really it isn't about the money.  It's about the chocolate...or rather, the sweeter things in life.  Don't you agree?

Art Show Number 2!

Little Hibachi will be participating in its 2nd Art Show next week on July 18th and 19th!  It will be at KGB Studios in downtown L.A.  There will be all local L.A. artists, food, live music, and chocolate fountains!  It will be both Friday and Saturday night from 7 p.m. - 2 a.m.  If you're in the L.A. area, come check us out!!
